At INNOTRANS: Cetim presents PROPAIR, the innovative and sustainable HVAC solution for public transport vehicles
How can the environmental footprint of rail HVAC systems be reduced while improving their performance and maintenance? This is the goal of the PROPAIR project, to which Cetim is contributing alongside Wabtec, Devismes and RATP Dev. Presented at InnoTrans 2026, on Cetim booth 270 Hall 11.2, the project illustrates Cetim’s ability to support rail innovation from design through to validation under real operating conditions.

PCM Testimonial : Progressive Cavity pumps for Power Generation
Repurposing a progressive cavity pump from its original use to generate electricity in turbine mode: this is the challenge PCM set for itself on behalf of one of its clients. To validate the feasibility of this approach and measure the hydraulic and mechanical performance, the manufacturer partnered with Cetim, which designed and operated a dedicated test bench capable of replicating multiphase water-air conditions.
