Mobility and Energy: Cetim accelerates inverter testing without a physical motor, through Motor Emulation
One inverter, multiple motors, multiple mission profiles. Automobiles Dangel Testimonial: Acoustic challenge overcome in a mechanical transmission
When Automobiles Dangel faced an audible whistling noise in the passenger compartment of a vehicle equipped with a new electromechanical transmission system, it turned to Cetim to identify the root cause and define a corrective action.
Through on-road acoustic testing, gear metrology and contact analysis, Cetim pinpointed the source of the noise and defined a targeted micro-geometry correction to the gear teeth. The result: a 50% reduction in cabin noise at 70 km/h.
